Launched Text-to-Shop, an NLP-based conversational shopping experience, and led early strategy and testing for Sparky, Walmart's AI shopping assistant.

Progress: Only Store No. 8 product to graduate to Walmart's core business in 2023; Sparky was later featured in the CEO's shareholder keynote.

Owned onboarding and activation for Amazon Pharmacy from alpha through GA — under COVID and a HIPAA bar that required rebuilding most of PillPack — and earlier ran the Amazon Household sharing program.

Progress: Lifted Pharmacy sign-up completion 72%; Household revamp drove +44% enrollment and $157M in annual impact.

I'm a consumer product manager who's strongest in ambiguity. The pattern across my reviews is consistent: I build trust quickly across orgs, take on the scope that needs an owner, and turn messy problems into something a team can actually ship. I think strategically, I write to clarify, and I measure my work by whether the team moved and the customer noticed.

Across nearly a decade at Meta, Walmart, and Amazon, I've taken on two kinds of work: 0→1 launches in ambiguous spaces — Amazon Pharmacy through COVID and HIPAA, Walmart's conversational shopping bet, Marketplace Visual Search — and growth and quality on mature surfaces like Facebook Marketplace Search and Amazon Household. AI/ML literacy — ranking, retrieval, LLM evaluation, visual signal — is part of the craft for me, not a side interest.

What I'm looking for next is a principal or product-lead IC role where the problems are genuinely interesting and there's real room to learn. Consumer is where I'm most fluent — agentic commerce, healthcare, edtech, and travel all sit high on my list.
